Grants - Application Form

Closing dates for submission of application forms during 2024 are 5pm on the following dates:

You will receive an email receipt within 3 working days of us receiving your application. If you do not have a receipt, we do not have your application.

Please note that applications received after the deadline will not be considered until our next meeting.

We will contact you with the result of your application by email within 3 weeks after the closing date for applications. If you haven’t heard from us by then please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you are on leave make arrangements for your email to be checked. We are hugely oversubscribed for grants and find it frustrating when we don't get a reply from people we have made grant offers to.  If we don’t hear back from you promptly, we are likely to reallocate your grant to someone else.

The Application Form can be downloaded here in Word for filling in electronically or in pdf for printing out and filling in by hand.

We regularly update the application form. To ensure you are using the latest version and are supplying the information we want, always download it from the website and don’t use a copy stored on your PC. The current version is January 2024. Use of an old form may delay consideration of your application.

The Spark Foundation never has funds to meet all the applications received. To stand any chance of getting a grant you must complete all the relevant sections of the application form correctly.
